9. Where do I return my shoes?

10. How long will it take to process my return?

After we receive packages you return, we will stock and re-send new ones asap. The processing may take up to 15 days.

 

11. Can I still return my shoes if I have worn them?

No. We cannot accept worn shoes, as we will not be able to resell them. If worn shoes are sent back to us, which will be shipped back to you at your expense. All shoes asking for return should be in new condition,including package.

 

12. I do not have a PayPal account?

13.My order still says processing after a few days

This is normal, once we receive a delivery date, your account will also be updated with this information so that you know when your order will be delivered.
